Barbara Stoltzfus

This slow cooker apple cider is perfect for making memories around the fireplace or when enjoying a good book while the snow blows.

Ingredients

  • 5 cups apple juice
  • 5 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 cinnamon sticks, whole
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon allspice

Put all the ingredients in a large crock pot and stir them together. Cook the cider at least 3–4 hours on low, until it is nice and hot. When you are ready to serve, you can add some fresh cranberries and orange slices if desired.
