Caesar Salad

  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 bag (5-ounce) croutons
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese


  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons milk

In serving bowl, toss together the lettuce, croutons, and cheese. Set them aside. In a small bowl, whisk together all the dressing ingredients. Pour the dressing over the lettuce and toss it until well combined, or serve the dressing on the side if desired.
